It is the time of the year when the wind and current change. The direction of the current is reshaping the island. The sands are slowly moving from the East to the Westside. Random afternoon rain has started. Soon, the monsoon season will dominate this sunny side of life. Dead leaves will smother the wet sand that sticks to the soles—a busy time for the gardeners. The sky will be mostly gray, making the tourists grumpy. They will sit in the bar, gobbling up alcohol all day, sulking about the money they paid for a tropical vacation that they cannot fully enjoy because of the weather.
I have been here for a while, on this tiny island. Paradisiacal. Dreamy. But at some point, some change needs to happen. However, or whatever. There is a time and season for everything, and sometimes, we forget about the season for rest, for hibernation. While our main goal for working is to achieve success and well, to earn money, money isn’t everything.
Not sure where this current will take me. I believe the universe will take its course and steer the ship in the right direction.
I’d love to hear from you!
