Aysa is a stubborn island girl, drinking more than 3 cups of coffee a day, swimming with the reef sharks, turtles and parrot fishes almost everyday. If she is not reading her books, writing something comical, leaving rubbish comments on your posts or strumming her guitar, then she's up to some mischief.

      1. Kahit mahal, we have to be willing to pay the price kung kailangan! That goes for health issues, including sleep deficits.

I will hang the fresh recently-harvested lavender blooms to air-dry in a dark room. While I am on my 21-day cruise to various Alaska stops (including Kodiak Island!), I will be hand-stitching the 4×8-inch sachets that will hold the dried lavs.

My friends wax poetic on the beneficial effects of my gift sachets; I hope it will work wonders for you, too.
