A Recipe for Relaxation

Minsan kahit wala tayong ginagawa, punong puno ang ating isip. May mga bagay na nasa utak natin na hindi masabi o maisulat. Pakiramdam mo ay hindi ka maiintindihan ng pinakamalapit na tao sayo sa partikular na oras na yun kapag sinabi mo sa kanya ang mga naguumapaw na ideya sa iyong utak.

Kaya heto ang aking Recipe for Relaxation na maari ding makatulong sa inyo (kung trip nyong subukan):

1. Magpatugtog ng classical music. Maraming compilation of classical music sa youtube. Merong for reading and concentrating, meron namang for relaxation talaga. Paborito ko ang Four Seasons ni Vivaldi.

2. Magtimpla at uminom ng tea. Langhapin bago dahandahang inumin. Ipikit ang mata o kaya tumitig sa magandang view. Isiping isa ka sa mga babaeng nasa larawan.

3. Umupo o tumayo ng tuwid (depende sa kung saan ka komportable).

4. Kumain ng cookies (syempre dapat kung merong tea ay meron ka ring cookies). Dapat finess. Maliit lang ang kagat.

5. Gawin ito ng paulit ulit hanggang sa ikaw ay matawa sa iyong ginagawa.
