Sibuyas pa lang ulam na! (Pork Steak)

So hindi na ako nadala sa pagluluto. Matapos ang aking Goto experiment, heto na naman ako. Pero this time, sakto lahat (hehe, hindi sya nagmukhang experiment).

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang lulutuin kong ulam kagabi kaya nag search na naman ako sa internet. Natakam ako sa nakita kong Bistek, pero ayoko ng beef kaya pork na lang ang naisip kong gamitin na sangkap. At eto ang aking simpleng recipe (pero masarap) haha!

Ingredients:
Pork
Lemon
Onion (maraming onion)
Black Pepper
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Sugar

I-marinate ang pork sa pinaghalong soy sauce, sugar, lemon, black pepper at chopped garlic ng mahigit 30 minutes.

Gisahin ang chopped garlic at onion sa mainit na mantika (haha naalala ko yung kanta ng Kamikazee na Turon- kantahin ba naman ang ingredients at procedure ng paggawa ng turon?)

Ilagay ang pork. Para magkaroon ng sauce, ilagay ang soy sauce mix na pinagbabaran ng pork. Intaying maluto ang pork.

Tikman at timplahan (kung may kulang pa sa lasa, pero masarap na yan kung susundin ang soy sauce mix).

Pag luto na ang pork at masarap na ang timpla, ilagay ang mga round onions on top. Simmer for five minutes. Then tapos na ang napakasarap na Porksteak……

*wala tong kinalaman sa pork steak ko, nagmaganda lang kasi akong magsulat kuno ng recipe at biglang pumasok sa isip ko itong kantang ito haha
